Faulty and Damaged Items
In the event of receiving a faulty item, you must notify us within 24 hours of the goods being received. If you inform us of the faults after elapse of 24 period, then we are unable to accept returns.
If you receive items that were damaged in transit, please get in contact with us within 2 days. We will advise you of the next steps. The goods may be eligible for replacement.
FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS
We only offer replacements for the 3 below manufacturing faults (DEAD VAPES)
- Vape that has no smoke upon opening (Try charging for vapes with a charging port)
- Physically damaged/broken vapes upon receipt
- Leaking Vapes
Terms and Conditions
Prior to contacting us regarding a faulty or damaged product, please obtain and send as much information, including pictures where applicable. This will help us to get the situation resolved as quickly as possible.
Once we have made sure the item was faulty, we will then send over the details on how to return the item and get a replacement.
