By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or the legal smoking age in your state or country of residence. We do not sell vape products to individuals under the legal smoking age.

Vaping products contain nicotine, a highly addictive substance. Products on this site are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individuals with health conditions, such as heart disease or respiratory issues, should consult a physician before using vaping products.

  1. Product Use and Safety

Our products are intended solely for use by adults and are not to be used by pregnant women, individuals with certain health conditions, or non-smokers. It is the customer’s responsibility to research and understand the proper use of vaping devices and e-liquids.

  1. Payment and Pricing

All prices on our website are displayed in Kenya Shillings (KSH) and are subject to change without notice. All Payments are made through send money to the number 0720399933 (+254720399933).

  1. Shipping Policy

We ship to locations where vaping products are legal. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that their location permits the shipment of vaping products. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Return and Replacement Policy

E-Liquids & Nicotine Pouches: No refunds. No returns. Taste is too subjective. Many e-liquids & nicotine pouches that some find amazing, others dislike, so we cannot offer refunds or returns because you do not like the taste of an e-liquid/nicotine pouches. We apologize for this in advance.

Disposable devices: Disposable devices are subject to final sale (unless “D.O.A.” (dead on arrival)) and are not subject to return due to the perishable nature of these products. If you received a dead device, please call us immediately after receiving your product.

In the event of receiving a faulty item, you must notify us within 24 hours of the goods being received. If you inform us of the faults after elapse of 24 period, then we are unable to accept returns.

If you receive items that were damaged in transit, please get in contact with us within 2 days. We will advise you of the next steps. The goods may be eligible for replacement.

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS

We only offer replacements for the 3 below manufacturing faults (dead vapes)

  1. Vape that has no smoke upon opening (Try charging for vapes with a charging port)
  2. Physically damaged/broken vapes upon receipt
  3. Leaking Vapes

Terms and Conditions

Prior to contacting us regarding a faulty or damaged product, please obtain and send as much information, including pictures where applicable. This will help us to get the situation resolved as quickly as possible.

Once we have made sure the item was faulty, we will then send over the details on how to return the item and get a replacement.
